  is a wine born of precision and sensitivity. Inspired by the refined style of Provence rosés, it is crafted to capture the freshness of the fruit and translate it into a pale, delicate, and elegant pink hue.
• Harvest is done by hand, with careful selection of the healthiest bunches in the vineyard. Once at the winery, the grapes spend the night in cold storage at 1–2 °C. This pre-fermentation cryomaceration preserves the most delicate aromas and slows oxidation, ensuring a pure and vibrant varietal expression.
• Unlike traditional rosés, Marès Rosado is produced through direct pressing, without extended skin contact. The chilled grapes are gently pressed in a next-generation pneumatic press designed to extract only the finest juice while fully respecting the fruit’s integrity.

• This technique results in a wine with a very pale, luminous pink colour — visually delicate and highly appealing. Fermentation at low temperature (around 15 °C) further preserves the primary aromas and natural freshness of the wine.
