Bodegas Bordoy is a family-owned winery rooted in the winemaking tradition of Llucmajor, Mallorca. We combine traditional Mediterranean winemaking methods with modern techniques to produce wines that express the character of the Mallorcan terroir.

We proudly cultivate around 1,000 olive trees, mainly of the local Empeltre variety, along with Picual and Arbequina, under the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Oli de Mallorca.

The island’s unique climate, terrain, and centuries-old tradition give our oil its distinctive flavour.

Depending on the harvest time, we produce oils that are soft and delicate or more intense, fruity, and slightly peppery.
