  • Fermança Rosado
    is a wine born from the perfect balance of technique, sensitivity, and respect for native and Mediterranean grape varieties. Inspired by the Provençal style yet with a distinctly Mallorcan soul, this rosé is made from a precise blend of Syrah, Callet, and Gargollassa, each vinified separately to preserve its unique identity and expression.
  • Harvest is carried out manually, with careful selection of the best bunches in the vineyard. Once in the winery, the grapes of each variety are chilled overnight in a cold chamber at 1–2 °C, initiating a process of aromatic cryopreservation that protects delicate compounds and slows oxidation.
  • Unlike traditional rosés, Fermança Rosado is made through direct pressing, without extended skin contact.
  • Each variety is pressed separately in a state-of-the-art pneumatic press, working with utmost gentleness to obtain a clean, delicate must with minimal colour extraction. This technique results in a pale, bright, and elegant pink hue that defines its refined visual style.
  • The fermentation of each variety is carried out separately at low temperature (around 15 °C) to preserve the primary aromas and natural freshness of the grapes. Once fermentation is complete, the final blend is created, achieving a perfect balance between the vibrant fruit of Syrah, the rustic finesse of Callet, and the floral elegance of Gargollassa.

Tasting Notes

  • Fermança Rosado immediately captivates with its beautiful pale pink colour, clean and bright, reminiscent of the most elegant rosés of the Mediterranean. Its delicate hue is the result of precise direct pressing, extracting just enough colour from the skins to achieve a subtle and refined appearance.
  • On the nose, it is fresh, fragrant, and expressive, unfolding a palette of red fruits, particularly fresh strawberries, evoking summer afternoons and blossoming orchards. As it opens in the glass, floral notes and a subtle spiced background appear, adding complexity without losing lightness.
